Responsibilities

TC Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and documents for compliance
  • Connect with all parties involved in the transaction
  • Manage key dates and contingencies
  • Follow up with all liaisons as needed
  • Confirm inspections have been scheduled
  • Collect and facilitate reports and invoices
  • Order home warranties, NHD Reports
  • Communicate status updates to all parties
  • Coordinate transfers and key exchanges
  • Audit broker files for compliance
  • Provide updates on the closing process
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes
  • Follow up with clients after closings to ensure satisfaction

Agent Responsibilities

  • Provide fully executed contracts
  • Furnish contact information for all parties
  • Communicate with client through process
  • Complete Agents Visual Inspection Disclosure (AVID)
  • Order all necessary inspections
  • Negotiate repair requests
  • Attend final walk through
