Documentation

As a transaction coordinator, reviewing, auditing, and editing all documents is an important task to ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant. This includes verifying that all necessary information is included, all required fields are completed, and all signatures and initials are present and legible.

Once all documents have been reviewed and audited, you will submit fully executed copies to your broker file and necessary parties. This involves uploading the documents to your broker’s portal and sharing them with the appropriate parties, such as the buyer’s agent, the lender, and the escrow company.

Submitting fully executed copies to your broker file helps to ensure that all necessary documents are included in the file and that the file is compliant with all regulations and requirements. It also helps to centralize the information and makes it easier to manage the transaction process.

In addition, submitting fully executed copies to necessary parties ensures that all parties involved in the transaction have access to the necessary documents and information. This helps to ensure that the transaction proceeds smoothly and that all parties are informed and up-to-date throughout the process.
